Simon Croft -  Owner/operator of Wellington Windsurf School, Simon is an extreme water sports enthusiast. Simon specialises in teaching Pilates for Men, Advanced Mat & Pilates for Water Sports - including wind surfing & paddle boarding. Challenge yourself & learn strengthening & balancing techniques for your aqua sport.

Introducing Bruce Johnston - Founder/Owner/Operator of Body Magic Pilates in Wellington, Wellbeing Coach & Stott trained Pilates Instructor.  Bruce transforms his client's health & wellbeing with empowering support & advice, improving their functional fitness & self esteem - he also teaches a great class!

Movement and well-being are my passion. Having taught Pilates for nearly twenty years in the industry, I am excited and commited to motivate you in achieving your goals. Join me in a warm, inclusive environment, where you can experience the joy of movement, get better posture, strength, flexibility and balance from your body.

I often hear, “I need to loose weight before I learn Pilates,” or, “I need to be more flexible before I start classes,” but, I’m here to help you in whatever shape of fitness you are in today, and there is no time like the present to start the journey to better you! My thoughtful and personable approach can tailor classes suitable for all ages, genders, levels of fitness and a variety of health conditions.

Movement has always been present in my life from a young age- I studied ballet, tap and jazz since the age of 3. I trained at the Royal Ballet School, where I studied dance to a professional level and gained my teaching diploma. When I took my first Pilates class at ballet school, I was very excited, as I saw the power it could bring to my dance technique.

I love working with people to feel more comfortable in their bodies. It’s very rewarding to see the results of Pilates at work and the transformations of my clients bodies. Movement is a gift, without it, we have poor posture and joint support, which can lead to injury and not feeling great. I enjoy educating my clients to look after their bodies through proper exercise and good nutrition.
